五　重度知的障害者　知的障害者のうち、知的障害の程度が重い者であつて厚生労働省令で定めるものをいう。
(v)　person with a severe intellectual disability:　a person with an intellectual disability whose degree of 
intellectual impairment is severe, and who is as provided for by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and 
Welfare;
