I think so. It's not all that common since no
such orders have been issued in Japan, but it
seems reasonably well-established for them
happening abroad (no results on
asahi.com/yomiuri.co.jp, though, except a
reprint of thr above reuters article).
Possibly useful for revwrse look-ups, too. |
