I originally found this in the Tokyo Jihen song "Killer Tune". ( http://music.goo.ne.jp/lyric/LYRUTND55190/index.html )

After showing it to my Japanese teacher, she immediately recognized the meaning and explained it as it is above; this and over 629k+ google hits lead me to believe it's fairly common, despite the fact that I can't seem to find any solid dictionary resources.
