I don't think it makes sense to use rK to mean 
"this form contains rarely used kanji" rather 
than "this kanji field surface form is rarely 
used". The point of it as I see it is to tell 
learners they're very unlikely to ever come 
across that form and don't need to bother 
learning it. Or to tell a learner's di tionary 
app to hide it entirely. (I'll post in the 
github thread)

I don't think we can tag ゼロ才 as rK when it has the same kanji as 0才. It's an uncommon form but not specifically because of the kanji.
