So I first edited this entry thinking it 
was just かの, not both あの、かの. I agree 
the "that well-known" doesn't work for あ
の, but based on those tweets and the 
sources mentioned there, I think there's a 
good case for splitting out かの as "that 
(well-known)" or sth like it.
