Refs: | I saw this in the wild: 妹について回る将ちゃん笑 (of a 4 year old and his younger sister) XXがYYについて回っている XX is following (yy) around so "to follow (somebody) around" rather than "to follow one around", no? I also thought "cling to" was pretty good? "He clings to his sister" in the example up top |
