google images are mostly hits for hotels. I wouldn't call a bath at a hotel a "public bath" because it's not open to the
public, only to the guests of the hotel. That said, many Japanese hotels do:

Public Bath
A moment of pure relaxation. Soak in a rejuvenating bath overlooking our inner garden.

"The large public bath has a modern Japanese atmosphere and looks out to the “Ancient Garden”. It is a truly relaxing
area available exclusively to hotel guests."

Public Bath
These baths are exclusively for hotel guests. Take a moment to relax and unwind after your travels.
No matter how hard I try though, I'm not finding any results on Google for non-Japanese hotels saying they have "public
baths".
