Barely a useful idiom. In the Google n-gram corpus it gets no hits (i.e. < 20). 何の顔あって (no か) gets 25, and どの面下げて gets over 9,000.
I think it's not common enough to include. |

I found this in Kenkyusha's New Japanese-English Dictionary (5th Edition) under the entry for "顔(かんばせ)". It looks to me like it means the same thing as "どの面下げて". |
