Well 卒業 has two main senses and this is really sense 2, whereas our 卒 was really abbreviating sense 1. I'll take the easy way out and just extend our sense 2 here. |

Yes, it'd be new as it's not in any of the refs. From my
understanding, 卒原発 is pretty much the same as 脱原発 but I
suppose the nuance is a softer "move away from; continue
without" rather than "get rid of" |

Within the app, the Korean reading of this character is given as "절" when
actually it is "졸." I don't see any space within these pages to correct
Korean pronunciations of kanji, so I wrote a comment here instead...sorry if
it's not the correct place to do so. |
