Interesting, but to me it doesn't assign that meaning to the word アンバサダー.
I note that Kenkyusha's EJ doesn't use アンバサダー at all in its entry for "brand ambassador".
I'll leave this open; someone else might like to comment. I should propose entries for キャンペーンキャラクター and 広報大使 (we have イメージキャラクター already.) |

I think this is more indicating the breadth of the use of アンバサダー rather than a distinct second sense. It's not in any references as a separate meaning. |
