Why weren't those references included with the submission?? (assuming you're the original submitter - impossible to tell with no names).
I changed the gloss because "2019-20 coronavirus pandemic" was inadequate; it ignores the "ショック" part of the term. コロナショック doesn't simply refer to the pandemic, just as リーマンショック doesn't simply refer to the collapse of the Lehman Brothers. In the second link above, they're obviously not talking about getting the pandemic itself under control.
I went with "economic fallout" because that was my impression - all the top Google news stories containing "コロナショック" discuss economic impacts. There were no references provided to suggest otherwise.
"pandemic crisis" is clumsy, in my view. I'll leave the entry open so others can make suggestions. Maybe "(impacts of) 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic" or "(consequences of) 2019-20 coronavirus pandemic". |

a pandemic is obviously a crisis in itself, but if you want "fallout" in there... |

It's blatantly wrong to say it only refers to the economic fallout.
