My Japanese family uses this expression a whole lot, though it might seem like a candidate for [obsc] based on web results.
(I guess it's not the kind of word used in writing.)
almost all of the examples are 口がイー_って_なる
but there's also other tweets of -になる for example (which I think is the way I usually hear it) and -となる
