At any rate, I think 帰米 basically means what GG5 says: "return to the United States". I came across the word today in the following context:
２７日に帰米しますのでそれ以降またお会いしましょう。

I do find the following, however:
ニセイには英語しか話せないものも少なくなく、さらに「キベイ」（帰米組）という、アメリカ生まれだが日本育ちという人々もいて、彼らは英語がほとんど分かりませんでした。
