Refs: | There is nothing in the definition that makes it clear that it can be a real estate property ("property" could be easily be taken to mean personal property, given the other glosses in the definition). GG5 makes it clear by saying "a property". EDICT could do that too, or it could say "property (esp. real estate)", for example, or just "property (real estate)". . スーパー大辞林 物品。品物。物品などの動産のほか、土地・建物などの不動産についてもいう。 . gg5 ~ a thing; an object; an article; a property; a res 港の近くにいい物件がありますよ. 〔不動産〕 There is a good property in the vicinity of the port. 中古物件 a secondhand [previously owned] property (Google Images shows all real estate, not 2nd-hand personal property) . 新和英中辞典 a thing; an object; an article; 〈土地・建物〉 property |
