	Comments:	I'm sorry but I still don't think that's actually a counter. There are many cases where you can use numeric+noun. I can have a 10アンペア circuit, but that doesn't mean アンペア is a counter.

	Comments:	You can say "一犬【いっけん】 (n) one dog" but that doesn't make 犬 a counter. I don't see 駅 on any recognised counter list.
