現在では「婦人」という語も女性差別を表す語であるとして、「女性」に言い換える傾向がある。東京都生活文化局の「婦人青少年部婦人計画課」は「女性青少年部女性計画課」と名称変更を行った。

i don't know, the 女性差別 makes me think that 'sens' might be appropriate.  calling a female police officer a 'lady cop' sounds a bit dated, but i wouldn't call it 女性差別, so i think that in certain circumstances (such as in front of job titles) 婦人 may be considered rather worse than that
