I don't think it's necessary to include the super-obscure ateji. We don't have 珍々 on the ちんちん entry.
Like Marcus, I'm not sure we need this entry. "dated" suggests that it used to be common, but we don't have any evidence of that. |

If it's from the 90's, it should appear in the ngrams. The first 10+ hits on Google are all jmdict spawn. I have my doubts whether this
is real. Suggest deleting. |

Sources I linked suggest this term was created in the 90s, but I can't tell if it's used anymore. The front page on Google for めちんちん turns up mostly JMdict-related results. I also don't think this is [fem]. |
