コリア refers to North Korea and South Korea as a whole so it follows that コリア人 refers to people of Korean ethnicity.
But I'm not convinced we need this. I've never seen or heard コリア人 before, only コリアン. It's not an academic term. Nor is it common enough to be considered colloquial. |
