Comments: | OK, so this got a little messy. "sectional title" is apparently just SA English for "condominium", but one problem is that "condo" specifically refers to an apartment while daijs explicitly mention shops as well. The aparmtent part is at least not explicit in the phrase "sectional title" so maybe it's preferable anyway. |
