	Comments:	Saw this used in a context where the person was at a small clinic. The kokugos note that according to the 1948 Medical Care Act, facilities serving 20 or more patients are considered 病院, while smaller ones are 診療所. But of course language doesn't tend to adhere to legal definitions. :p
