  Comments:
With 特定厨, the emphasis seems to be on identifying a person, whereas with "doxxer" it's on making private information public.
They overlap significantly, but I think a more descriptive gloss would be helpful anyway.

  Comments:
I think the terms are effectively
interchangeable, even though it's possible
to imagine a 特定厨 which only uses the
info to blackmail somebody rather than
publish it online. But look at the Fox
article - the "doxxer" was "merely"
threatening to publish information - is he
than a doxxer?

  Comments:
Does a 特定厨 necessarily publish the information online? I'm not sure "doxxer" is the best translation.
I think "as a hobby" can be left out.
