It seems the "proper" katakana version of sixth is シックスス. although as RP indicates, the final ス may be optional. I guess sense 2 could go iff into another entry, with シックスス included, or maybe there could be an "also シックスス" note here. |

I think you might have misread "entry" as "sense". I'm wondering whether sense 2 should be a separate entry given that it has a different source word ("sixth" rather than "six"). |
