枠's basic meaning is "frame/framework" so in this context it probably has a meaning similar to "bracket" or "zone" (as in "the friendzone"). I don't think it's a separate sense.

We could add the "from リアルに恋している" note here but I'm not sure it's necessary. I included it on リアコ because it's not obvious that the word comes from リアル+恋.
With all these terms, it almost always is a male celebrity but I don't think it has to be. リアコ should probably be aligned with this entry.

Quite agree with cutting it back to リア恋, but a couple of ancillary questions arise:
- should it be merged with リアコ? It's almost the smae term.
- the リアコ entry has a note "from リアルに恋している". Should that be repeated here?
- the リアコ entry has "with a (male) celebrity". Does that "male" apply here too? I suspect it does.
