At first I thought it was just an inflection of 盛る, but I see it goes beyond that in colloquial usage. Not sure it's really slang. |

Often as 盛れるアプリ. The sources say it's often used by women, but I don't think that means it's female language, just that women would be more likely to be interested in that kind of thing. |
