Very marginal. If it wasn't for the Daijirin appearance I'd drop it.

"私語、雑語又は拍手等をすること"
  Comments:
The 雑語 in that link is unrelated to the 雑語 in daijr. I'm not sure how I'd translate ("various words", maybe?) it but 雑 has its regular meaning of "various" or "miscellaneous". It was probably coined by the author of the column.
There are a few other instances of 雑語 on the web, none of which mean "foul language" as far as I can tell. In the link above it appears to refer to "chatting" (i.e. 雑談).
That's why I wonder if this entry is actually helpful. These other meanings not supported by any dictionary are probably too obscure to add as senses, but the daijr meaning we have here is even more obscure.

FWIW, I saw it here first https://www.nikkeyshimbun.jp/rensai/2006-esp/2006rensai-izumi

This is so obscure that the only example I can find is the one given in daijr (from 1908). Not sure we even need it as an entry.
