I was keen to keep a plain "at" sense as well for cases like アットホーム and アットバット, but on the checking the n-grams I agree they are outliers. That said I think it's useful for text glossing and segmentation purposes. I have put it into a specials file for WWWJDIC but perhaps it can be considered as a second sense here.

I agree with dropping あっと and the lsrc tag.
I also don't think we need a general "at" sense. The number of expressions containing "アット" is very small, and we have separate entries for them.
The only ref that has アット/at is daijs, and both senses refer to the @ sign.
