ＫＯＤ追加語彙 has an extra subentry for 新しい: 新しい物好き which it points to the (full) 新し物好き entry.

Given the 新しいもの好き form is a not-uncommon variant of 新し物好き, and is now in at least one reference, I think it should be kept. (I suspect it's a bit like "preventative" - the word is really "preventive" but the irregular variant has become very common.)

It has a different reading so it would need to be a separate entry.
I wonder if we need the 新しい version. It feels rather A+B and it's not in the refs.
And yes, we should have a gloss for "その人" usage.
