中辞典: 日本語で「ナイーブ」は「子供のように素直な」の意味で使われるが, naive は「世間知らずの」「だまされやす
い」のような意味で使われることが多い.

As per the ref, I think it's safer to leave "naive" out of the glosses.

I know the comment was about the example sentence, but I 
agree with the sentiment that "naive" is very rarely an 
accurate translation of ナイーブ, to the extent I think 
keeping it in is misleading.

The example sentence is mistranslated. ナイーブ is almost 
never used to mean "naive" in the English sense. It's 
almost exclusively used to mean 純粋で傷つきやすいさま -- 
in other words, "You're surprisingly sensitive" would be a 
much more accurate translation than "You're so naive." 
(Where does the "so" even come from?)
