I'm comfortable with just one sense. Tagging two doesn't bother me. |

or maybe this is the better way to handle usage tags for a term where the headword has a news tag but the "best" reading is ambiguous? |

せいしゃ listed as first/only reading in koj, shinmeikai, meikyo; secondary reading to せいじゃ in daij, gg5 |
|
Comments: |
i don't see any evidence that this is two senses. the kokugos seem to be pretty clear that this refers to 者 (people) as the term suggests, even for the reading しょうじゃ (although gg5 gives しょうじゃ a broader "living things" meaning, i think this comes from its translation of 生者必滅... probably better handled there)
further, i expect that しょうじゃ is archaic outside of 生者必滅, is not from newspapers and it should be listed last |

(a) not really an antonym.
(b) watch out for inserting spaces in odd places. |
