In that case it's probably an abbreviation of another sense of の. I wouldn't want to extend this entry for it.

The ん can also be followed by か (I get 6000 googits for "逃げるんかよ" for example) but this might be colloquial/not hyojungo. In ksb
(and possibly other western dialects) it can even be used without anything following it, e.g. 逃げるん?

A: "バリバリ関西系の方言です。
「の→ん」になっていますね。"

Aren't we covering it already with 2087820 (のです;のだ;んです;んだ)?

"I'm sure a lot of you are familiar with the meme from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. "Nigerundayo", said by Joseph Joestar.

I know that 逃げる means to escape or get away. And I know that だよ is shorthand for ですよ. But I'm having trouble with the ん in the
middle. Where does that come from?"
  Comments:
This entry should probably cover the ん mentioned above? I.e. "indicates emotional emphasis" xref→の
