Does this belong in jmdict? We have a policy to include super famous people, but shouldn't it be 
his full name then, rather than just the surname?
 And is the ateji really Japanese or just Chinese? The one hit I got on kotobank was for a book by 
a Chinese writer, 『列寧(レーニン)青年』
