ルミナス (has the aerosol can meaning). It also has: "【参考】 bomb は「爆弾」という意味が最も普通なので, 誤解されやすいことに注意. 日本語の「ボンベ」はドイツ語の Bombe から"
リーダーズ+プラス (EJ) translates bomb: as "(高圧)噴射[噴霧]容器, ボンベ, スプレー容器" |

和製 means "made in Japan". It's usually applied to 外来語 that are constructed from whole or partial terms in another language. Bombe/ボンベ is not a construction, so it can't be tagged as "wasei". I agree that it's a mistranslation/transliteration of the German Bombe.
FWIW in French a "bombe" is a spray can. |

German "Bombe" only means "bomb", so it's wasei, not a loanword. |
