結婚 ("Buddhist wedding" in GG5) is really correct. Since 
"before God" is used similarly in English e.g. "a marriage

Buddha" should be fine?

I feel the "before the .." is being a bit 直訳. The GG5 examples are more general. I think the mortuary tablet mention is because it's place on the altar.
