中辞典 has an entry for 百円 complete with translation.
The text-glossing issue is that without having 百円 as an entry, text containing it will be matched with a longer compound, e.g. 百円玉. Although it gets flagged as a "Partial Match", it is still messy when it could be precise. It's why I don't like having ABC entries without having AB, unless AB never appears alone. |

Are they really all that useful for text glossing? 百円 is an entry in GG5 but it doesn't have a definition and seems like it's only there
to allow for subentries like 100円玉, 100円ショップ. 10円、1000円、1万円 are not entries. I don't think we need any of these. (but I
think 100円玉, 1000円札 etc. are meaningful to have) |

一円, 一万円, 十万円, 千円 are all entries. Maybe they're obvious, but they are common and useful for text glossing.
For some reason this one was missing. |
