I have come around to the view that it shouldn't be in the "kanji" headword. I'll go along with dropping it from there, and at the same time I'll propose a revision of the entry.

If ・ is included in this entry, you could argue "。" should be included in the 句点 entry as well... I don't like it. The symbol 
isn't read ・. If somebody is using a text glosser like rikai-kun and get a hit on this symbol reading "なかぐろ", it's misleading.

Marcus: "I don't think "・" should be included as a reading."
I was curious about that, but I see it is/was not a reading but a "kanji". Special characters are oten in the kanji field, and I'm happy for ・ to be there, in fact I find it useful. I propose keeping it there.
