I'm not a fan of the notation "5th c. BCE?" in this and several other Buddha entries. I don't think we normally
shorten "century" to "c", and if we're going to use a question mark, might we not just skip including the date at
all It looks weird to me.

  Comments:
1. The entries 釈迦, 釈迦牟尼 and 釈迦如来 are synonyms so I aligned their glosses. 釈迦 had the best glosses, so I used those as starting point.
2. 釈迦牟尼 and 釈迦如来 had a [fld=Buddh] tag, 釈迦 did not. Removed the tag.
3. Added diacritics to the lsrc tag (Unicode is allowed here, right?)
4. "Gautama" is the name most often used in English. "Gautama Buddha" is the title of the Wikipedia article, so it deserved to be the first gloss.
5. The name "Siddhartha" is mainly used when talking about his early life, before he became a Buddha, as in "prince Siddhartha", so I removed it.
6. To Mahayana Buddhists he is "a Buddha", not "the Buddha", so I changed it to "the historical Buddha".
7. The dates are very uncertain. The dates 563 BC-483 BC have been rejected by most modern scholars.
8. Do we have an editorial policy on BC/AD versus BCE/CE? If not, I'll stick to BC/AD.
