I'm not sure ちちむすめ is valid. The only source I find for 父娘の日 is jawiki, which makes me suspect it might just be a Japanese
Wikipedian's own translation for a not-Japanese concept (no hits in news.google or books.google). My Windows IME suggests 父娘 for ちち
むすめ as well but as two separate words, just as it does with おとうといもうと for 弟妹. |

I saw sites where it's read ちちむすめ. My IME offers it for that kana. There's 父娘の日 which
is read that way - should it be added? |

My first instinct was to merge this with 親子・おやこ but we do have separate entries for 親娘 (parent and daughter) and 親子
(parent and child), though they share the reading. I could go either way, though, merge or separate entries (for those two plus 母
