I think a note is OK.
Shouldn't そうだ and そうです be separate entries? They're different politeness levels.
I'm not sure about int for sense 1 either but it might be the only option. The kokugos go with 助動詞 (auxillary verb) but we use aux-v for something quite different.

I was going to put the "after plain verb or adj" in a note, but is it really necessary?
Is int right for the first sense? "I am of the impression" is an odd gloss, if it is.
