I didn't notice this when last year's split happened, but all 28 Tatoeba sentences using 仮に are for the supposing/even-if sense. I see ルミナス leads with that sense, and I propose to reverse them to match what seems to be the more common usage.

I don't think "for example" is a good gloss. "suppose" or "hypothetically speaking" might be better.
