As with my previous submission for "重箱読み," this submission is the same. However, I shall repeat the comment, with appropriate changes, for clarity.
Based upon my references to hand, I am wondering whether the above headword is the most usual. See the "RH" below:-
湯桶読 【ゆとうよみ】 (?) ???; RH
This "RH" headword is how I see it used, but the reading remains common.
If that is correct, then maybe the main headword above should form the entry, but with "重箱読" included as the principal headword.
The following "RH" also should probably be deleted.
