	Comments:	I think 紫綬褒賞 (1725460) should be merged into this one. 紫綬褒章 gets 371k hits on Google, while 紫綬褒賞 gets 39k. In addition, the first page of hits for 紫綬褒賞 are primarily pages Japanese-English dictionary and translation sites, which makes me think that it's an unconventional usage.
