I think this is the best way to handle it. Since the kanji are the same and sense 1 is the same, 濃/のう/こ should be in the same entry.

濃紫 (こむらさき), 濃藍 (こあい), 濃染月 (こぞめづき)
I think the entry was fine as it was.

According to デジタル大辞泉 the reading is こ, but according to 新和英大辞典 (and some others) its のう. I don't know of any words in which this prefix has reading こ but when it's used as a prefix meaning concentrated [acid] (e.g. 濃硝酸、濃硫酸 etc.) it's read のう. I didn't change the reading in hope that reviewer will look into it more closely.
