遣り友 basically doesn't exist - an x-ref seems better to 
indicate etymology than adding a surface form nobody uses

* Give various kanji forms (ヤリ友 is very common – seems to be most common form; the formal kanji 遣り友 is very rare, but clarifies the etymology – literally “a friend one ‘does’”).
* Mark as vulgar – this is *not* ok in polite conversation, IME (fellow student almost kicked out of class for using it)
* Give idiomatic “fuck buddy” translation, which also underlines the vulgarity.
