Trying to make it clear that it's both the tile to finish a chow (on either side), and the tile to finish one's hand. Someone might interpret "for one's last tile in a chow" as the last tile for any chow (even if not in tenpai).
I should be adding more mahjong terminology over the next few days or weeks, so I'll get around to チー、ポン、カン at some point; though if you'd like to add them, be my guest. Also, I'd certainly support a mahjong field tag.

Shouldn't we have entries for chow, pung, kong, etc.?
Maybe we need a "mahjong" field tag.
