Yes, i have been talking about 文科省 because i assumed you had changed my entry from 文科省 to 文科相 - and i have now found the reason for that assumption: after creating an entry for 文科省 it occurred to me that i needed to edit it - specifically, i wanted to add the expression "(abbr)" - but when i searched the submissions to get to the entry for 文科省, i found instead only this entry for 文科相.
It looks like one or two days after this glitch occurred, you registered a comment under (the for me invisible pre-existing entry) 文科省 to make it visible - of course, seeing both entries now, we can safely remove all my comments here as superfluous... :-)

Okay, so it's safe to close this entry then?  As I suspected, your references are for 文科省 (="Ministry"), which is already an entry.  The entry you submitted is (that we are currently looking at) is 文科相 (="Minister").
