A　発展場　is not necessarily a "gay venue" as there are many 
"gay venues" such as community centers that are not primarily 
for the purpose of having anonymous sex. "fruit stand" is a 
term I have never heard before, smacks of homophobia, and 
would therefore be more at home somewhere like Urban 
Dictionary than JDIC.
