While having entries for 異母 itself, and for 異母兄弟 which appears to be the most common compound, the other combinations are far from rare:

Probably not a bad idea to include all of the above. It would help EJ searches for "half brother", etc., which at present only get 種変わり. |

i want to say that this isn't necessary. having 異母 should be enough. if we add ~妹 then it opens up a whole can of worms because we have to add all the rest of 異母~ relations. the current gloss doesn't even capture the meaning, because it specifically means 'younger half sister (with the same mother)' |
