It's in some kokugos, and つくえ is a recognized reading of 案.
I think it needs a mark to indicate it is not common. I suggest "oK", but it could even drop to a comment. |

I am not sure why "案" should be included here. I expect that I have missed some relationship beyond the fact that planning is often done at a desk. For that reason, I have not deleted "案", but if it is supposed to be there it would help the novice to have some explanation as to why. |
