When I type in "ウ" as used in the text which I was reading, nothing came up; except RH:-
ウ 【う】 (?) ???; RH
You also have the following:-
鵜 【う】 (n) cormorant; Phalacrocorax carbo; JWN-02054036-n
However, there may be a reason why you do not use "ウ" for this entry because it seems to be the same for several of the entries where "鵜" is included, but again there are some which do include "ウ", e.g.,
