"The anti-depopulation measure project bond is called
depopulation bond for short, which the bond for
the projects that make arrangement of public facilities and
information communication infrastructures
implemented on the basis of a plan of special measures for
promotion for independence for depopulated
areas as formulated in Article 6 of the Act on Special
Measures for Promotion for Independence for
Underpopulated Areas. Of the payment of an depopulation
bond, 70 percent is returned as local allocation
tax, which means that a municipal government can implement a
project by paying 30 percent of the cost." |
